In Clinic Pharmacy

The Following refill request form can be filled out to request and pick up medications at either location.

Please give our pharmacists a minimum of 36 hours to receive and process your request. Some requests have to be approved by a Doctor, which could take more than 36 hours. You will receive a call once your prescription is ready for pickup. Prescriptions can be picked up during any normal business hours.

Pharmacist hours at Greentree Road:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm

Pharmacist Hours at GAC South:
Tuesday and Wednesday 9a-1p, Friday 9a-1p

Online Pharmacy Requests

Our Clinic Online Pharmacy is greentreevet.vetsfirstchoice.com.

Requests submitted through the online pharmacy require approval. Requests can take 24 to 36 hours to be approved. The online Pharmacy carries all products and medications including some that we do not carry in the clinic. These prescriptions are shipped right to your door!
